I joined the Tax and Wealth Planning department at Ellacotts LLP in June 2023 as a manager. I provide advisory services on a range of taxation matters for companies and individuals to ensure affairs are structured in a tax-efficient manner.

Services I provide include the following:
• Company restructuring, including holding company and demerger restructures
• Assisting with company acquisitions and disposals
• Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
• Due diligence
• Succession planning, including company purchase of own shares and management buyouts
• Shares schemes
• R&D tax relief claims

I achieved a BA (Hons) degree in Business Economics from the University of Leicester. I previously worked in a top 10 accountancy practice for over 11 years in the private client department where I qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2012. During this period I advised a broad range of clients including the self-employed, trustee companies, high net worth and non-domiciled individuals. I provided personal tax compliance and advisory services including areas such as residency, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and property planning.

Outside of work, I enjoy eating out at the many restaurants my local area has to offer. I also enjoy travelling the world to experience new cuisines, cultures and music events.
