Helen Keating

I joined Ellacotts in November 2016 as a PA within the Agriculture and Property department. I have 14 years of experience in front-line roles within the financial service sector.  More recently, I spent 6 years as PA to the Director within Country House sales

I have learnt a lot over the years; the importance of good customer service, confidentiality and attention to detail, which has enabled me to apply my knowledge and skills to help provide close administration support to the team at Ellacotts. From managing diaries to typing up reports or planning meetings, and liaising with clients and colleagues, my role is varied, and my background gives me a greater understanding of the importance of excellent customer service with a personal touch when speaking to and assisting our clients.

Outside work, I enjoy relaxing in the garden, whilst watching my husband do all the hard work and long country walks with our two dogs, weather permitting. On wet days, I like baking cakes and being creative in the kitchen. I also enjoy reading and Christmas parties.
