Company Secretarial Specialist

I joined Ellacotts in May 2024 after working for national and international law firms and corporate service providers. I have worked in professional services for over 20 years of which 16 years was spent dealing with the formation of overseas companies. During this time, I spent 5 years in Gibraltar which was a great experience to spend some time working in the sun. I also set up my own online formation company in 2012 where I learnt all areas of managing my own business.

In 2020 I decided to specialise in UK Company Secretarial services and obtained some qualifications with The Chartered Governance Institute and gained valuable experience with a national accountancy firm and two leading law firms working in the Company Secretarial department.

I have worked with a wide range of clients including large blue-chip companies and have worked with corporate solicitors in recreating statutory registers from incorporation for clients to sell their business. After spending hours recreating statutory registers at law firms, I often will tell everyone the importance of keeping statutory registers.

I joined Ellacotts to set up a new department specialising in Company Secretarial Services and look forward to the challenges it brings.

In my spare time, I like to spend as much time as I can in Spain where I have an apartment, listening to live music on the beach.
