Ezme Paterson-Hammond
I joined Ellacotts in July 2022 as an HR Coordinator. Some of my responsibilities include managing the starter and leaver process, assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and actioning feedback from our Employee Engagement Survey. I also help to organise our annual Staff Away Day and Christmas Events.
Giles Nunn
As Head of People and Innovation, I have responsibility for the employee experience at Ellacotts. This encompasses everything from attracting the right talent to the Firm and ensuring our fantastic talent remains with us, to keeping them motivated and rewarded for the outstanding work they do
