Thomas Kempster

I am currently a tax trainee in the tax and wealth planning department. I spend most of my day completing personal tax returns for clients with the odd call to HMRC involved as well.

I joined Ellacotts in July 2022 as an HR Coordinator. Some of my responsibilities include managing the starter and leaver process, assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and actioning feedback from our Employee Engagement Survey. I also help to organise our annual Staff Away Day and Christmas Events.

Sophie Binding

My typical day-to-day duties involve preparing accounts and tax computations for small to medium businesses, including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. I am also involved in on-site audits with clients.

Edward Nichols

My day-to-day role includes preparing statutory accounts, business tax and personal tax computations for clients. I also assist the partners and managers wherever possible on wider business and taxation matters.

Grace Hall

Day-to-day, I prepare accounts for farming partnerships and enjoy the variety of work that this entails. Since joining Ellacotts, I have been supported by a mentor, which has been fundamental to my learning and development.

Dominique Clarke

I work as a PA in the Agriculture and Property department. I joined earlier this year, having come from a background of medical/legal work. Working in accountancy is a new area for me and I am really enjoying it.

Diane Davis

In one of my previous roles, I spent 18 years working in the banking sector in Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire, where I worked with a variety of businesses and I was trained well in the importance of customer service.

Victoria Whitehead

I have been working with Ellacotts since August 2020 in the Payroll Department. On a day-to-day basis, I process payrolls for various clients, ranging from farms to engineers. These can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annual payrolls.

Charlotte Murphy

My day normally consists of preparing accounts, tax returns and tax computations for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. However, I am involved in being on-site with clients, completing audits for some of our corporate clients and academy trusts.
