Companies House has revealed changes to its fees from 1 May 2024 stating that these increases are intended to align with the actual costs of delivering their services.
The upcoming changes will impact all services offered by Companies House, including incorporation, name changes, submission of confirmation statements, company re-registration, and others.
Most notably the fee for digitally submitting an annual confirmation statement will undergo a significant increase, rising from £13 to £34. This notable adjustment reflects the agency’s efforts to accurately reflect the costs associated with their services in an ever-changing world where transparency is becoming ever more important.
Given these impending fee changes, companies are advised to consider filing their necessary documentation ahead of time, potentially benefiting from the current lower fee structure for one final submission.
