Ellacotts is one of the largest independent accounting and business advisory firms in the UK and is ranked as a Top 100 Accountancy Firm by Accountancy Age. We provide accounting services and business advice across Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Gloucestershire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire, Warwickshire and beyond.
We are also members of the UK200Group, a national quality assured association of chartered accountants and lawyers, and members of the AGN, an association of international accounting firms with similar ethos and quality standards. Being part of these accounting and financial associations gives us the advantage of access to a depth of shared professional knowledge, resource and expertise on both a national and international platform, which is key in today’s ever changing business environment.

Our people
With offices in Banbury, Birmingham, Kettering and London, we now have a team of over 95 people. They are our most important asset and we support their professional and personal development every step of the way. Our comprehensive programme for Trainee Accountants and Tax Advisers allows them to put their theory into practice and gives them the best possible start to their career in accounting and tax.
We are committed to giving our staff an excellent working environment with structured routes to progress their careers. Many of our Trainees have gone on to become Managers and beyond. We are proud to have been accredited with Investors In People Silver and to have achieved an NPS score of 67 in our latest People Engagement Survey.
